Handrails and Balustrades for Your Staircase
The balustrades can be made from different materials such as stainless steel, glass, industrial wrought iron or blacksmith handmade forging. You can check our wrought iron products here. We also offer combining different materials together. For instance stainless steel vertical spindles (or railings) look very good and original combined with wooden part in the middle. It is possible to combine stainless steel parts with timber, stone, aluminum and even glass parts when designing your balustrade.
The vertical railings (or spindles) of the staircase usually are shaped round, although it is possible to produce them square shaped or rectangular. It is also an option to turn the spindles conical or double conical which means the middle part of the railing would be wider than both ends. All the shapes mentioned before are possible to combine with all the materials. So you can really make a unique design of your staircase which fits the best in your interior.
The handrails of the staircase are typically 60mm round shape and can be also made in different shapes, from different types of wood. Stainless steel handrail is available as well and is usually recommended for places like offices or different commercial and social establishments. For dwelling houses, cottages and private apartments we would recommend to choose the wooden handrail which will be warmer and better match other furnishings.
