• BEWARE of DISHONEST COMPETITORS!
Owing to fact that our company produces truly exclusive products made by our designers there are companies and also individuals who are trying hard to imitate and copy our work. And for more successful falsification they even use pictures of our products in their web sites, advertisements and catalogues.
These pictures are usually stolen or copied from our internet web sites, blogs and announcements. There are also some of our former employees or collaboration partners who have got the pictures and information while they were still working with us.
One of the companies is WSMUnited (founder Yuri Pavelchuk). This company has published our pictures in their ads, brochures, blogs and their web site. They have been working this way since spring 2009 and even today they keep ignoring our demands to remove pictures owned by Winstaco Ltd.
By the way, it is not just our presumption. Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (announced in 1988) - where a person commissions a photo for private and domestic purposes, that person has a right not to have copies of the work issued to the public...(Part I, Chapter IV, Verse 85).
