In many cases it’s in impossible to detect exact location of leakage on “flat” roofs even after multiple visual investigations and problem is not solved even after piecing. Also, in many cases guesses location differs from real one.

Detect the “roaming” way of rain water before it exits somewhere inside is also impossible.

All above mentioned, the usual and widely used method of renovation of roof covering means full reconstruction of isolation system and that are long and expensive works.

At the same time there is a possibility to use modern diagnostic equipment to detect visible and hidden isolation defects in short time with very high precision.

Electronic-impulse generator is used for:
• Diagnostic bitumen hydro isolation roofing as well as fusing materials of all types, concrete and wood surfaces
• Defects detection of synthetic hydro isolation of water pools

Diagnostic method is based on two key components: generator and receiver. Generator, connected to contour produces electric impulses of predefined frequency, creating negative charged particles (electrons). In the place where isolation material has defect, electrons will flow to positive charged roof basis, high concentration of electrons is detected by the receiver – this is a location of leakage.
